adidas x Spotify
Many of us listen to music when running.
We saw this as a perfect moment for adidas to get into the heads of runners to promote their new running shoe. They had never done any audio advertising before this campaign, so we needed to show adidas that Spotify was the right platform to do it.
For this campaign to promote the UltraBoost shoe, we identified who in the UK was:
a) Listening to running playlists right now
b) Who had listened to their running playlist in the past 30 days.
The result was a personalised running playlist for the 2.1 million monthly active UK users streaming running playlists every month, complete with tracks selected based on beats per minute, encouraging runners to go further and faster.
adidas saw a 19% increase in purchase consideration following the campaign
