National Citizen Service (NCS) x Spotify

Designed specially for 16 and 17 year olds, the Government-funded NCS helps youngsters so they can achieve their dreams, no matter where they’re from.

We teamed NCS up with artists we could see were up-and-coming specifically with 16-17 year olds, including RAYE and Lewis Capaldi, to inspire teens to think about their future and learn new skills.

We ran Q&As, live performances, and took the artists back to where they spent their formative years. We also ran a day where competition winners could spend time with the Spotify exec team.

  • Awareness of NCS grew by +27% and Consideration +20% amongst 16-17 year olds.

  • Our content posted on NCS social channels had 10x the engagement of their past posts.

  • Nominee for “Best Use of Data” in the AdWanted Connies Awards.

  • Awarded Gold at The Drum Mobile Awards.
